How to create Prepaid Expenses Schedule using Identification
1. Click on Bookkeeping
2. Click on Bank Transactions
3. This is an alternative way to create Prepaid Expenses Schedule. When you are categorizing transactions, you can identify it as prepaid expenses first, and then create the schedule later. Here, find the prepaid expense transaction.
4. Tag it as Prepaid Expenses.
5. Don't forget to save and sync it.
6. After you've tagged all transactions, and you're ready to move to next step. Go to Prepaid Expenses.
7. In IDENTIFICATION, you can see the new payee Essex Property T. You can create the schedule here.
8. Click on CREATE
9. Select the Service Start Date, Term, Expense Account and Amortization Convension. Click on SAVE SCHEDULE.
10. Click on REPORTING
11. Your schedule for Essex Property T is ready to post in REPORTING.
