How to Import the Existing Schedule to the Prepaid Expense Schedule
1. On the Left Nav Panel, click on Prepaid Expense Schedules
2. Go to Reporting. Click on IMPORT SCHEDULES
3. From the pop-up Import Shedules Panel, enter the necessary information such as Payee, Expense Account, Total Amount, Term, and Start Date.
4. If you have multiple transactions to import, copy the information from your schedule to this Import Schedules Panel. Note: Please ensure the copied information is in the same order in the import panel.
5. After reviewing that all information are placed correctly, click on CREATE SCHEDULES
6. Transactions are now reflected in the Prepaid Expense Schedules
7. You may review the individual prepaid schedule by clicking the transaction
8. From the Schedule Details, you may do the following: - Change the data, only if necessary - Post the Journal Entries of the previous months, only if needed to catch up
