What does Synced/ Matched Transactions Look Like in Quickbooks
1. Click on Bank Transactions
2. Click on CATEGORIZED
3. #1 Expense/ Deposit Transactions
Click on one transaction
4. Click on Synced in Quickbooks.The link will direct you to QBO.
5. You can see the expense/deposit synced from TWC to QBO with payee, expense/ deposit account, description, payment account, and dollar amount.
6. #2 Credit card payment transactions
7. Click on Synced in Quickbooks
8. You'll find a transfer synced with an open bill and the bill payment has been synced to QBO.
9. #3 Bill payment transactions
10. Click on Synced in QuickBooks
11. You'll find a bill payment matched with an open bill and the bill payment has been synced to QBO.
12. #4 Payroll/ merchant account statement/ JE transactions matched by TWC
13. Click on Synced in QuickBooks
14. You will find the matching JE from Payroll Provider or a statement synced from merchant account (e.g. Ramp)
15. #5 Payment or transfer transactions matched by TWC
16. Click on Synced in QuickBooks
17. You will find the matched transfer/ any transaction in QBO
