1. Create invoices in QBO.
2. Go to TWC. Click on "SYNC NOW" to sync invoices to TWC.
3. Click on Bookkeeping
4. Click on Bank Transactions
5. Click on Bank Account
6. Click on FOR REVIEW
7. Click on Transaction date…
8. Click on transaction
9. Go to Payment Allocations. Click on "FIND ALLOCATIONS".
10. It shows all open invoices.
11. Select invoice(s) and allocate to the payment.
12. Input the allocation amount.
13. Click on SAVE MATCHES
14. Go back to Payment Allocations. You will find the matched invoices.
